Ross Reserve has a large grass area with room to kick a ball around, although the ground is not very flat. Mature trees shade the grounds, and large sandstone blocks under the trees give extra seating beside the two park benches. Ross Reserve also has BBQs for picnics, a sports area, tennis courts adjacent to the grass and views across the reserve.
