About Lacrozia Playground
Play Equipment at Lacrozia Playground
Lacrozia Playground has play equipment sized for infants and pre-schoolers rather than older primary-aged children. Its main piece is a climbing structure paired with a slide, giving toddlers a simple route up and down. Lacrozia Playground also has swings and a spinning ride. Because the playground is small, the equipment sits close together, so caregivers can watch several children at once. The play space is only partly fenced, so younger children still need to stay within sight.
Shade and Seating at Lacrozia Playground
Lacrozia Playground sits under natural shade from the trees that surround it, which keeps the play space cooler on warm Sydney days. Seating close to the equipment lets adults rest while children play. A brick wall borders the playground and, with the trees, gives it an enclosed feel in a built-up inner-city neighbourhood. The shade and seating together make Lacrozia Playground comfortable for longer visits with toddlers.
