Monfarville Reserve has two cricket ovals with synthetic wickets and a 2-lane cricket practice facility for training. The reserve also has two baseball diamonds with upgraded player dugout shelters, and Diamond One has LED floodlighting for play after dark. St Marys Baseball Club is based at Monfarville Reserve and runs training sessions and competitive fixtures there. The sporting precinct was upgraded with funding from the NSW Government and Penrith City Council.

Monfarville Reserve has an amenities building with accessible toilets, changerooms, additional storage and a modern canteen for refreshments. The changerooms have full height privacy partitions with outward-opening doors, wall-mounted bench seating with integrated coat rails, and shower areas with compact laminate shower seats. Accessible pathways were added across the reserve during the precinct-wide upgrade, along with new landscaping and tree planting.
