Federal Park lets dogs off the lead on its grass areas at any time, but these areas are completely unfenced, and there is no enclosed dog run. Dogs may also use the sportsfield when no sport is being played. The adventure playground is off limits to dogs. The park has open access to the busy foreshore path and Rozelle Bay, so owners need to keep dogs under control near the water and along the path.
