Granville Park contains the Laurie Ferguson Splash Park, a sensory-rich water play area for children of all ages. Granville Park also has children's playgrounds with slides, swings, climbing frames and other play structures. Modern change facilities and toilets serve families using the splash park and the playgrounds.

Granville Park has ten sports fields used for cricket, football and rugby matches and training. The Eric Tweedale Stadium at Granville Park seats 760 spectators, has a 120-seat function room, and holds approximately 5,000 people in total with its grass hill, and it hosts regular rugby union events. The park also has cricket practice nets, basketball courts, change rooms, a referees' facility, electronic scoreboards and floodlighting for night games and training.
