The fenced area has one designated section for big dogs and another for small dogs, so smaller dogs can play apart from larger ones. A water fountain provides drinking water, and plenty of shaded seating gives owners somewhere to rest while their dogs run. This fenced space is the main dog-friendly area at Tempe Reserve.

The Robyn Webster Indoor Sports Centre, Jets Sports Club and Cooks River Motor Boat Club are also based at the reserve, so indoor sport and boating sit alongside the outdoor fields. All sporting grounds at Tempe Reserve require a booking, and clubs use them for mid-week training and weekend games.

Playground, BBQ and Picnic Areas at Tempe Reserve
