Moore Park is a 115-hectare regional park in Moore Park NSW, about 3 km from the Sydney CBD and part of Centennial Parklands. Its most notable feature is an 18-hole public golf course, one of Sydney's oldest. It also has off-leash dog areas, sportsfields, courts and a children's playground.

Sport and Golf at Moore Park

Moore Park has natural turf and synthetic turf sportsfields, an all-weather field and rugby football fields. Moore Park also has tennis, basketball and netball courts, a running track and an athletics track. The Sports Centre is available for hire to organised and casual sporting groups. Moore Park's public golf course, founded in 1913, includes a Golf Academy, a 60 bay all-weather driving range and function rooms. Outdoor training fitness equipment includes an outdoor fitness station with pull-up bars.

Off-Leash Dog Areas at Moore Park

Moore Park has off-leash dog areas within its 115 hectares of open space, and the Centennial Parklands dog map shows their precise locations. Dogs are prohibited in playgrounds, memorials, wetlands, water features and sports grounds, so owners should keep dogs away from the Rotunda Playground and the sportsfields. The NSW Korean War Memorial at the park entrance is also off limits to dogs.
