About Amour Park
Skatepark at Amour Park
Amour Park has a concrete skatepark known as Revesby Skatepark. Its main feature is a 6-foot bowl that skateboarders can ride, and a small snake run and large humps sit alongside the bowl. This combination gives Amour Park a mix of bowl, flow and jump features in one location, so a single session can move from riding the bowl to the snake run and humps.
Sports Complex at Amour Park
Amour Park Rovers Estate is a sports complex at Amour Park that offers gym sessions, fitness classes and sports coaching, with basketball, football and tennis among its sports. The complex has rentable spaces for events such as birthday parties, and it often hosts community events and workshops. Enquiries about booking its spaces or joining its programs go to the complex on (02) 9707 9000.
History of Amour Park
Amour Park was the home ground of Revesby Rovers FC, a football club that used the park as its base. The park sat directly next to the Revesby Swimming Pool. The lease of Amour Park from Bankstown Council was organised in 1951, marking the club's early connection with the site, and the council later upgraded the park around 1966, making Amour Park a long-standing local sports venue in Revesby.
